Christmas Stamp a Stack

Here are four of the cards that I have been doing in my christmas stamp a stack classes. The photos dont really do them justice as you cant really see them that well but if you would like to learn how to make them with a group of friends or would like instructions feel free to drop me an email
Some of the stamps are from sets in the mini catalogue which finishes at the end of November so get in quick if you want to order any of the stamp sets :)

Regionals in Melbourne

Well Regional stampin up demonstrator training is on in Melbourne next weekend so I have been busy trying to get so swaps ready to go. I set my aim at 30 and didn't think I was going to get anywhere close as I had a demo friday night and two stamp-a-stacks on Saturday but I am just about finished :)

Just have to glue them all together and add the recipe to the back and its all ready to roll

I cased (I now know what that means thanks!) from abigailadrienne on Spiltcoast (www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/738223?cat=11082).

I used Stamps: Season of Joy and Sincere Salutations, Inks: Wild Wasabi, Purely Pomegranate and Veramark, Cardstock : Purely Pomegranate but also did others with Rose Red and Soft Sky, Very Vanilla and Brushed Silver, Accessories Silver embossing powder and Scollop circle and circle Punch I also added some non su silver bling to the centres of the little flowers that you cant really see in the picture

As usual for me purely pom is in there again!! I am really looking forward to some new color combos now getting a little tired of the good ol fav.

Am also looking forward to learning new tips at the training and catching up with my fellow stampin demonstrators both known and yet to meet. Bring on Sat

Fiona and Scott's Wedding

Well what a bad blogger I have been....

Its been crazy here lately busy with work and jetsetting off the the central coast of NSW for a wedding and then to come home to a crashed computer :(

Luckily there are three computers in our house so I have been able to keep in touch with the WWW using my dads computer.

So my plan today is to upload what has been happening in my world before heading off to enjoy the Melbourne Cup with some friends

Firstly the wedding. Flew into Newcastle for Fiona and Scotts Wedding arrived to ten degrees and rain and a long walk from the plane to the terminal. That was just the beginning of the trip but a wonderful wedding and brought home lots of stories to tell :) As you can see on the above picture I caught the bouquet so its my turn next anyone know where my partner that i need for this may be??? Please drop me a line hehe :) As you can also see a few beverages had been had by this time. There are other pics but trust me this is the better of the few. The other picture is of the dashing bride and my partner in crime for the trip Sam

Congratulations Fiona and Scott and hope your having a great time in Hawaii

September Card Swap

Well this is the card I have submitted for my first ever card swap.

The card swap is being organised by Roz Veevers

You can find her blog here http://rozveevers.wordpress.com/

She has been an inspiration of late for me with fabulous business tips and a great book demonstrators can purchase to assist with their business.

I as usual am hopeless thinking and designing for myself so have used the inspiration from Kimmy524 on splitcoaststampers. She says that she has cased it from someone too. (What does cased mean? can anyone help me is it like showcased? or just a nice word for ripped off?)

You can find her card here http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/757796?cat=11082

To make the card I used the following

Card - Blue Bayou, Very Vanilla and Purely Pomegranate

Inks - Purely pomegranate and Veramark

Stamp Sets - Season of Joy and Priceless

Extras - Gold embossing powder and gold brads

The flowers are raised from the card with stamp dimensionals

Hope you like it feel free to leave me a comment :)
